WHAT IS A VIRTUAL WORKOUT?
A virtual workout is a viable option when exercising in person at your gym with a trainer or taking a group class isn't possible – whether it's because of a busy work schedules, family responsibilities or quarantine rules due to a pandemic. Remote online virtual (LIVE) workouts via Zoom or Face Time can be just as motivating and challenging as working out in person, especially if your Instructor/Trainer have the skills and energy to keep you engaged.
