BOOT CAMP 20 PACK / 20 WEEKS /20 CLASSES (LIVE ZOOM SESSIONS)
A once a week general population (20 weeks/20 class) Camp.
An all level cross-training workout, incorporating strength training, cardio and core fitness basics to help you build endurance, stamina and increased flexibility. This multi level (cross-training) fat burning class is great for beginners to advanced. For those just getting started, your safety is important. We will always demonstrate simplified modifications for you to build on, in order for you to keep up at your own pace. For the advanced, this is a great workout to up your fitness game without suffering any setbacks. We believe that form and safety is everything.
What you'll need?
A towel & Mat
3, 5, 10 or 20 pound dumbbell weights (Optional).
A bench or a chair (Optional)
