An all level cross-training workout, incorporating strength training, cardio and core fitness basics to help you build strength, endurance, stamina and increased flexibility. This is also a great way to team build, get motivated and keep your creative juices flowing; while working from home or at the office.
This multi level (cross-training) fat burning class is great for beginners to advanced. For those just getting started, your safety is important. We will always demonstrate simplified modifications for you to build on, in order for you to keep up at your own pace. For the advanced, this is a great workout to up your fitness game without suffering any setbacks. Form and safety is everything.
