For those just getting started, this multi level (cross-training) fat burning class is a great way to get your body back. We will always demonstrate simplified modifications for you to build on while keeping up at your own pace. For the advanced, this is a great workout to up your fitness game.

This class incorporates strength training, cardio and core fitness basics to build strength, endurance, stamina and increased flexibility. These classes are also a great way to team build, stay motivated and get your creative juices flowing; while working from home or the office.
What you'll need?
A towel & Mat
3 to 10 pound dumbbell weights (Optional).
A bench or a chair (Optional)
