BOOT CAMP 80 PACK - 40 WEEKS / TWICE A WEEK
A Live Virtual Core-Fit Workout (40 weeks/80 classes/Twice a week).
This all level cross-training workout, incorporates strength training, cardio (kick-box conditioning) and core fitness basics to help you build endurance, stamina and increased flexibility. Going the full 80 classes will be challenging, but we make it fun. This get your body back fat burning class is great for beginners to advanced. You'll see the results after putting in the work. We will always demonstrate simplified modifications for you to keep up at your own pace. For the advanced, this is a great workout to up your fitness game. Form and safety is everything.
What you'll need?
A towel & Mat
3, 5, 10 or 20 pound dumbbell weights (Optional).
