A Live Virtual Core-Fit Workout (20 weeks/ 40 classes
This twice a week for 20 week, all level cross-training workout, incorporates strength training, cardio and core fitness basics to help you build endurance, stamina and increased flexibility. This is great for beginners (wanting to step it up) to advanced, wanting to take it to another level. We will always demonstrate simplified modifications for your safety and for you to build on while keeping up at your own pace. Form and safety is everything.
What you'll need?

3, 5, 10 or 20 pound dumbbell weights (Optional).
A bench or a chair (Optional)
