An all level cross-training workout, incorporating strength training, cardio and core fitness basics to build strength, endurance, stamina and increased flexibility. This is also a great way to team build, get motivated and keep your creative juices flowing; while working from home or the office.
For those just getting started, this multi level (cross-training) fat burning class is great for beginners to advanced. Your safety is important. We will always demonstrate simplified modifications for you to build on while keeping up at your own pace. For the advanced, this is a great workout to up your fitness game.
What you'll need?
A towel & Mat
3 to 10 pound dumbbell weights (Optional).
A bench or a chair (Optional)
