"JJ" aka, James Everett
A two time National Reebok and Tone Soap Aerobics and Fitness Champion, JJ has well over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer specializing in core-fit strength, flexibility and plyometrics (explosive power and speed strength). He knows the biomechanics of most competitive sports and how to get you there. JJ gained his knowledge and training at the Kenneth Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX and abroad with the emphasis on Exercise Science, Physiology and injury prevention. His expertise has always been to train for the longevity effects of muscular strength and core balance. He’s traveled to well over 20 countries and had some fun experiences working as a Club Med GO, Co-host for the Good Morning Houston’s fitness show (with Jan Glenn) and trained at some of the top fitness gyms across the nation. Including: Bally’s, Club Corp of America, The Bay Clubs, Gold’s Gyms (TX and CA) and several elite training centers throughout Europe, Japan, Australia and South America to name a few.
JJ believes in mentoring through leadership and by example, because that’s how it all started for him. However, giving back in the most life changing way through motivational fitness training completes only a part of his journey; the other halves are music and acting. Chris Battle, aka "Superman"
A husband and father to two little kittens, Chris is overwhelmed with responsibilities. He knows very well how to nurture through kindness, but have a difficult time counting when the execution of an exercise movement isn't just quite right. "1 - 2 - 3 - 3... did I say one?" We'll, you get the idea. Chris pays close attention to details, and having him aboard keeps everyone on their P's and Q's.
Chris comes from a wrestling background; from being a team captain to most valuable wrestler and then onto to finally taking 9th place in the California State Wrestling Championships. Having determination and drive, Chris knows how to stick with what works and how to get you to the finish line. He started training 7 years ago and is an ACE credentialed trainer.
