WHAT IS BOOT CAMP?
A fitness boot camp is the type of exercise that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Most of these fitness boot camps are conducted outdoors, but sometimes they are held in a gym or fitness facility. The workouts are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a one hour period of time.

The combination of a team atmosphere, intense full-body cardiovascular and strength workouts with fitness education make boot camp weight loss and team-building programs very effective at reducing excess body weight and improving cardiovascular endurance.
