Camps and Training
Most of our camps are conducted outdoors, using the city's turf to accomplish our mission. However, we also do indoor camps with no hassles or distractions. The types of programs that we offer are Core Fit General Population camps, Corporate Fitness camps, Executive Retreats, Secret Camps (for any occasion) and One on One Personal Training.
The activities include circuit training, obstacle course drills, core ropes, TRX, kick-box conditioning, weights, stabilization balance boards, stairs, hills, speed and awareness drills, teamwork and problem solving drills, flexibility training and much more to help set the course towards getting your mind and body into your personal best.
