SF Hills and Drills Core Fit Boot Camp training is completely different than working out in a gym, because we believe that fitness should be fun and safe in an injury preventative way. Most of the camps are conducted outdoors, using the city's turf to accomplish our mission. However, we also do indoor camps with no hassles or distractions (if your facility allows it).
Our fitness programs incorporate exercises and awareness drills that will improve your overall sense of focus, balance, reduce tensions, increase core strength, stamina and flexibility. So, whether you're a novice or advanced fitness buff, you'll meet others with similar goals and fitness levels. This is a great experience for beginners (just getting started) or those who want to step up their fitness conditioning game. Camps and Training
Our camps rum mostly all year long. So, there's not need to wait for the next camp to get started. The types of programs that we offer are Core Fit General Population Camps, Corporate Fitness Camps, Executive Retreats, Secret Camps (for any occasion) and One On One Personal Training.
Boot Camp activities include interval circuit training, obstacle course drills, core ropes, TRX, kick-box conditioning, weights, stabilization balance boards, stairs, hills, speed and awareness drills, team building and much much more.
