 About Us

​SF Hills & Drills was established in 2008 by independent fitness professionals with well over 25 years of experience in the field. Our goal is to make fitness training and exercising fun, safe, educational and stress relieving. After all, working out shouldn’t be that hard to think about. Let us do that for you. Our job is to give you that extra boost of motivation and energy to help you produce the results you’re looking for in your workouts. This is one of the most crucial components to your individual or company’s success. There’s nothing wrong with having a powerful day to get the job done, and training the way you want to play is a great start. That’s why SF Hills & Drills was formed. We want to keep the spotlight on you. Our Classes and Training is structured to make your fitness conditioning a lifestyle of longevity, good health and successes.

SF Hills and Drills Boot Camps and Core Fit Training is completely different than working out in a gym, because we believe that fitness should be fun and safe (in an injury preventative way). Most of the camps are conducted outdoors, indoors and online (via Zoom), using the city's turf, office space or home gyms to accomplish our mission. Our fitness programs incorporate team building awareness drills along with exercises that will improve your overall core strength, flexibility, balance, reduce retention and increase creativity. Whether you're a novice or advanced fitness buff, you'll meet others with similar goals and fitness levels. Or you can keep your fitness private. This is a great experience for beginners (just getting started) or those who want to step up their fitness conditioning game. With the help of skilled instructor-trainers by your side, you can count on us to keep you on point to achieving your fitness goals. Camps and Training

We get that there’s a lot of fitness programs and services out there to choose from (in this new pandemic era). The competition can be overwhelming with services ranging from free to just give me your money. Our Camps and Training run mostly all year long. So, there's not need to wait for the next session to get you signed up and ready to go. The types of programs that we offer are General Population Camps, Corporate Fitness Boot Camps, Executive Retreats, Secret Camps (pre - wedding workouts, small groups or office challenges) and One On One Personal Training. Some of the activities include: Interval circuit training, obstacle course drills, core ropes, TRX, kick-box conditioning, weights, stabilization balance boards, stairs, hills, speed and awareness drills, team building and much much more.
